- Banana Boat and Donuts Boat Ride capacity up to 3 guests at a time, minimum age 10 years old, and maximum weight 100 KG
- No animal feeding, fishing, pets, shisha, barbecue, photography, camping, collecting coral reefs or glass containers are permitted inside Yam Beach
- Swimwear only
- Use of sunbeds is available on a first come first served basis
- Swimming is not allowed after sunset or when the red flag is raised outside the safe zone or close to the rocks
- Swim with caution when the yellow flag is raised and follow the lifeguards’ instructions
Children must be accompanied by adults
- Be aware of stinging fish
- Please keep the beach clean and do not litter, dispose of trash in waste bins
- Females’ swimwear should not be revealed as obscene or figurative
- Swimming costumes should not be worn outside of the beach area
- Treat others respectfully while at the beach
- Marketing & sales aren’t allowed without permission
- Yam Beach is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings
- Any items left behind will be held in the lost & found for 30 days & then discarded
- Yam Beach accepts no liability for the injury or death associated with the use of the sand beach and sea
- Legal action will be taken for not complying with the above instructions
